Chiesa Borgo Nuovo

The Church of Borgonuovo was demolished and rebuilt to breathe new life into a structure from the 1940s plagued by various structural issues. The significance of light is reinforced by the shape and brightness generated by the vertical wooden ribs rising upwards. The project incorporates a range of techniques to 'construct' space using both natural and artificial light.
